Charge sheet is filed under Section 468, 338 and Section 279, 337 of IPC, Section 181 and 196 of the Indian Motor Vehicles Act, Section 63, 71(A), 80 and 86 of the Karnataka Fortest Act, 1963 and Section 144 and 145 of the Karnataka Forest Rules. 3. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the petitioner has been involved in several criminal cases, his bail petition was rejected by this Court in Crl.P.No.276/2024 vide order dated 14.2.2024. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:4808 CRL.P No. 13365 of 2024 3. The contentions raised in this petition is that petitioner is in judicial custody since from 18.9.2023 and the allegation that several FIRs are registered against him is not correct. Further, petitioner sustained injury in the incident and he is still suffering from pain and he has health issues etc. 4. Subsequent to dismissal of his earlier petition by this Court, petitioner has not approached the Sessions Court for bail. He is at liberty to move the Sessions Court and raise all his contentions. It is needless to say, if any such petition is filed, the learned Sessions Judge shall dispose of the same in accordance with law. With the above observation, petition is disposed of.
