He further submits that the bail application may be considered and decided by the trial court, expeditiously, in light of the judgement rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Case of Satendra Kumar Antil vs. C.B.I., S.L.P (Crl.) No. 5191 of 2021. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4. It is expected that if revisionist appears before the court concerned and files an application for bail within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
