2. However, learned counsel for the petitioners is not satisfied with the reasoned order and submits that about Grade-3 nothing has been indicated in the reasoned order. Accordingly, the petitioners may be granted liberty to challenge the reasoned order.
3. In view of fair submissions of learned counsel for the parties, since the opposite parties have passed the reasoned order pursuant to filing of the representations by the petitioners, the instant contempt application stands
disposed of with the liberty as prayed for by the petitioners.
