The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 14.11.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Agra in Criminal Case No. 6908276 of 2014, (State Vs. Hari Krishna and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 330 of 2000, under Sections 427, 435, 506, 307 of I.P.C., Police Station- Achhnera, District- Agra, whereby non-bailable warrants has been issued against the applicants. Learned counsel for the applicants fairly admits that earlier an Application U/S 482 No. 8469 of 2002 has been dismissed for want of prosecution by a Division Bench of this Court on 10.11.2017. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ bail application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
