The unauthorized constructions are identified and notice was issued on 21.04.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that opportunity is yet to be provided to the 2nd respondent. 3. It is needless to state that the competent authority has to afford opportunity to all parties as contemplated under the Act and Rules and thereafter unauthorized construction, if any, shall be removed.
