The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 299 of 2025 arising out of Olidih P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 881 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and cognizance has been taken under Sections 103(1), 303(2), 61, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur. 3. On 20.03.2025, the brother of the informant, namely, Saurav Sharma @ Pawan Sharma went missing. On 21.03.2025 at about 8.30 am, his dead body was recovered from the premises of Government Middle School, Kunwar Singh Road. Suspicion was raised against co-accused Vicky Singh @ Appa Rao and Rajbir Boipai @ Chhotu that they might have committed his murder. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but apart from suspicion, there is no other material against him. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner or on his pointing out. 5. Mr. Rajneesh Vardhan, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
