The application is stated to have been submitted on line in the month of September, 2025. 3. Without making any observations on the merit of the issue, the petition is disposed of with the direction that in case any such application has been filed by the petitioners and the same is in order then let the Authority concerned take an appropriate call thereupon in accordance with law, within three months from today. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the issue and it is for the Authority to take a call as to whether the permission to be granted or not.
