Case No. 195 of 2021 arising out of Basia P.S. Case No. 18 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 378 of 2021, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., 1860, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla. 3. On 05.03.2021, husband of the informant was murdered. While being assaulted, the deceased shouted that the petitioner was assaulting him. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since last four years. It was further submitted that out of eight witnesses, seven witnesses have already been examined. 5. In view of the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is at the fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6 Learned Trial Court shall dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible without giving any undue adjournment. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
