The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jamua PS Case No.137 of 2025, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 308(3), 303(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are agnets and there are case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner’s side has filed the case. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.27. He next submits that the entire poultry farm of the petitioner has been destroyed by the informant’s side. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of assault. 2025:JHHC:38147 2 5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and first case was lodged by the petitioner and it has been pointed out the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid and both the sides are agnets, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih, in connection with Jamua PS Case No.137 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
