Case No. 54 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Jamshedpur. 3. On 08.05.2024, at about 09:30 p.m., Railway Police, Jamshedpur apprehended this petitioner from Train No. 18030 in Boggy No. B-3. On search, 17.250 kgs of cannabis were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jamshedpur in connection with Rail Tatanagar P.S.
