Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024 for the offence registered under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. Petitioner was married to the sister of the Informant Surajmani Topno. Due to torture meted out to her, she left her matrimonial home and started living in her parental house. On 22.05.2024, petitioner went to the parental house of his wife and started shouting at Informant and his family members. He also opened fire at the family members of the Informant, due to which, mother of the Informant sustained firearm injury. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage.
