The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition by directing the respondents to pay Rs.1,65, 312/- to the petitioner no. 1 and also give employment at collector rate like petitioner no. 2 to the petitioner no.1 as per Annexure Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 P/10, the petitioner no. 2 was given. The petitioner no. 2 be also given payment of Rs.1,51,536/- as balance of honorarium for 11 months from April 2016 to February 2017. 10.2 Costs of the petition be awarded and 10.3 Any other relief or direction which the Hon'ble Court may deems fit, be also awarded.” 2. Ms. Shailja Shukla, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the State/respondents would submit that the honorarium to petitioner No. 1 namely Chandan Markandey has already been paid through cheque and same has been accepted by him. She would further submit that the honorarium of petitioner No. 2 namely Shravan Kumar has been deposited with the Treasury on 09th/10th April, 2025 and thus, the grievances of the petitioners have already been redressed. 3. At this stage, Mr. H.B. Agrawal, learned Senior Advocate would submit that a representation (Annexure P-4) was made by petitioner No.1 to provide him employment at the Collector Rate, but till date that representation has not been considered and decided. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned Senior Advocate, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4 to decide the pending representation of petitioner No. 1 expeditiously preferably within period of 120 days strictly in accordance with law from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
