The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 11.2.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner, Judicial (I) Varanasi Division, Varanasi in Case No. 01309 of 2018, Computerized Case No. C201814000001309 (Achchhe Lal Vs. Amarnath) under Section 210 of U.P.L.R. Act, 1901." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
