Case No. 42 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(c), 66(d) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Namita Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Koderma. 3. On 16.06.2025, Markacho police on the basis of confidential information that the petitioner was involved in cybercrimes, apprehended the petitioner. On search, one mobile phone is alleged to have recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the mobile phone, recovered from possession of the petitioner, was used in cheating to anyone. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Namita Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Koderma, or her successor, in connection with Markacho P.S.
