Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State- respondent. 2. The present writ petition is preferred inter-alia for the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus Commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 28.02.2025 for lodging first information report against respondent nos. 3 to 5 and for making fair investigation because of illegal arrest of petitioner and torturing him and sending jail, within some stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure -5 to this writ petition.)". 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the effect that a direction may be issued to the Authority concerned to consider his representation dated 28.02.2025. 4. Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA-I fairly states that in case the application/representation of the petitioner is still pending consideration, definitely, the same would be considered strictly in accordance with law. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition on merit, suffice to indicate, in case the application/representation of the petitioner is pending consideration, we hope and trust that the authority would consider the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, after receipt of certified copy of this Court. 6.
