The petitioner-landlord has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction against the Rent Tribunal, Jodhpur to decide the Eviction Petition No.04/2021 expeditiously. 2. I have considered the submissions. 3. The Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001 provides for time bound expeditious disposal of the petitions. 4.
