2 considered a recommendation has been made by the respondent No.4, quashing to keep the petitioner away from rationalization and surplus from Middle School, Haranpuri, Block Bhanupratappur and very soon the recommendation would be considered by the concerned authorities.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the recommendation has already been made with respect to the grievance of the petitioner, therefore, the present writ petition may be
disposed of at this stage reserving the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the action of the respondent authorities, if occasion so arises.
