Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 26.02.2025 (Annexure P-7) , within a time bound manner. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Inspector General of Police (Bathinda Range), Punjab to look into the representation dated 26.02.2025 (Annexure P-7) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks by passing a speaking order.
