Case No. 466/2023 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 25/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Chatra. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8342 of 2023 by order dated 23.11.2023. 4. On 28.03.2023, son of the informant namely Bishnu Kumar left his house and thereafter, he went missing. Subsequently, he was found murdered. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, his bloodstained t-shirt and a bloodstained knife was recovered. 5. It was submitted that out of eight witnesses, four witnesses have been examined and they have not supported the prosecution case. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is under progress, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7.
