This Court, vide order dated 02.02.2024, passed in MCRC No. 8431 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Virendra Kumar Vishwakarma, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for conclusion of the trial vide order dated 23.08.2024 in CRMP No.2274/2024. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mahasamund, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 26.12.2024 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the present case is at the stage of recording of the accused and he is not being present before the trial Court, and the arrest warrants have been issued against the accused. Hence, trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
