In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., South 24- Parganas shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner from the CMOH, South 24-Parganas and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of fourteen weeks from the date of
2 communication of a copy of this order. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 18202 of 2025 stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
