No. 4715 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of applicants-respondents No. 1 and 2 for release of amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- in their favour, deposited by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court. The main dispute has been settled between the parties for payment of Rs. 16,00,000/- by the petitioner to the applicants-respondents, out of which Rs. 10,00,000/- is payable to applicant-respondent No. 1 and Rs. 6,00,000/- is payable to applicant-respondent No. 2. It has been further submitted that Rs. 5,00,000/- has already been received by the applicant-respondent No. 1. Now, present application has been filed for necessity arisen on account of marriage of applicant- respondent No. 2. Rs. 5,00,000/- is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. Balance of Rs. 6,00,000/- shall be paid in the month of December, 2025. No objection has been communicated for allowing the application. Considering the entire facts and circumstances and no objection communicated on behalf of non- applicant/petitioner, Rs. 2,00,000/- is directed to be released in favour of applicant-respondent No. 1 and remaining amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- is ordered to be released in favour of applicant-respondent No. 2, along with proportionate interest thereon, by remitting the same in their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para No. 3 of the application and photocopy of front pages of passbooks have also been placed on record. Application is allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms with observation that out of remaining Rs. 6,00,000/-, Rs. 3,00,000/- each shall be payable to the applicants-respondents.
