Grewal, J.(Oral) This petition has been preferred by the petitioner, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 & 2 as she along with her family members are apprehending threats at the hands of respondents No.4 & 5 for falsely implicating her aunt in some false and frivolous case under NDPS Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 11.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) to respondents No.2 to 4 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into her representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.
