The matter is taken up in National Lok Adalat.
Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for legal heirs of claimant and Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the Insurance Company- The New India Assurance Company Limited is present before us.
It has been pointed out before us by both the learned counsel that matter has been amicably settled between the parties before mediation centre on 09.12.2025 and it has been settled between both the sides that Insurance Company shall pay lumpsum amount of Rs. 7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Fifty Thousand only) to the legal heirs of the claimant.
The Insurance Company shall remit the said amount in the account of concerned Tribunal within 30 days.

In M.A. No. 582 of 2017, it is expected from learned Registrar General that he shall return back the statutory amount to the Insurance Company as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, both the cases being M.A. No. 582 of 2017 and C.O. No. 44 of 2021 are hereby disposed of.
