The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 410/2025 arising out of Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 204/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 417, 376(2)(n), 313 & 323 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-XX, Ranchi. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady, aged about 28 years. Later on, petitioner refused of marry her. 4. It was submitted that parties were in consensual physical relationship since last four year. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
