Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 771 of 2025, T.R. No. 1747 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 96 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with intention to marry her. 4. From paragraph-47 of the case diary, it appears that on seeing the police party, both the petitioner and victim tried to escape, but they were apprehended. 5. The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S, in which, she has not stated that she was subject to any sexual atrocity. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of th like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S.
