Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "i. Issue a writ, after calling the record quash the order dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure No. 7) as well as order dated 25.06.2024 (Annexure NO. 5) along with final decree dated 01.07.2024. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent may be restrain not to interfere in the peaceful possession over the land in possession in regard to Khata No. 0002 Khasra No. 2 arca 0.7840 hectare. iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent not to create 3rd party interest." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
