On hearing, Mr K.Koutilya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the 3rd respondent died. Hence, in view of the same, no cause survives in the present Writ Petition and it may be closed. 4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
