JUDGMENT Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to forthwith grant the promotional pay scale (grade pay 5400) to the petitioners from due dates mentioned in para no.4 in writ petition and to pay the entire arrears of the same from respective due date of the petitioners. (ii) Issue any suitable writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioners by granting grade pay of Rs.5400 with effect from due date and accordingly the arrear of revise pension and retiral benefits be paid to the benefits who has retired. (iii) Award the cost of writ petition to the Petitioner.” 2 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 11.04.2017, passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPSS No.602 of 2014, Deep Chandra Bhadhani and others vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and connected cases. 4. Learned State counsel, under instructions, would submit that the matter is squarely covered. He placed written instruction for perusal of the Court, which is taken on record. 5. The matter is covered, therefore, instant petition is decided in terms of judgment dated 11.04.2017, passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPSS No.602 of 2014, Deep Chandra Bhadhani and others vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and connected cases.
