The copy has already been served on the learned counsel for the Petitioner. On perusal of show-cause affidavit the representation of the Petitioner has alreasdy been disposed of pursuant to order dated 19.03.2025 passed in W.P.(C) no.7194 of 2025. A copy of the order dated 02.11.2026 has already annexed to the show-cause affidavit. 3. Considering the fact that this Court vide order dated 19.03.2025 that directed the Petitioenr and the same have not been disposed of vide order dated 02.01.2026, this Court is of the view that being aggrieved by order dated 02.01.2026 liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court challenge the order. 4.
