On account of the demise of the appellant, it was primarily the duty of the legal representatives of the appellant to get themselves impleaded in the present lis. As they have not come forward, it appears that they may not be interested in pursuing the present appeal.

That being so, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the legal representatives of the appellant to move an appropriate application for revival of the appeal in case they are interested in pursuing the same.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
