Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3. The respondents may examine the service register of the petitioner and also examine whether the aforesaid amounts have been paid with delay and examine whether there is arrears in leave surrender and DA. If the amounts have been paid with delay, the respondents shall pay interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of disbursement and if there is arrears, the respondents shall pay the same together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of disbursement.
