Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D & 84 (C) of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar.
On 28.07.2025, Cyber Police Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Baratand forest, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused. On search, a mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anyone.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar, in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025.
