This petition has been filed by the applicant Ms. Chanchal Ahmed with prayer for condonation of delay of 179 days. It is submitted that the Dealing counsel had not provided the translated copies of the evidence particularly the evidence of PW1. 3. The copies were provided to the engaged counsel on the 1st week of May, 2024 and the file was thereafter handed over to the learned engaged counsel in the month of May, 2024 for the purpose of preferring the appeal. 2 (two) weeks’ time was taken in preferring the appeal which was filed on 30.05.2023. 4. I have considered the submissions at the Bar with circumspection. 5. Sufficient grounds have been shown. No malafide is discernable. 6. Thereby, delay of 179 days is condoned. Page No.# 3/3 7.
