The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.387 of 2025 arising out of Khelari P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1345 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(5), 326(g) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Thereafter, charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 152/3(5), 126/3(5), 308(5), 326(g)/3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi. On 22.12.2024 at about 2:30 P.M., named accused Alok Jee and other persons are alleged to have fired near Nirmal Mahto Chowk, Khelari to enforce demand of rangdari from hywa drivers. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co- accused Banti Kumar has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi, in connection with S.T.
