Mr. Rajan Kahol and Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocate Generals with Mr. Ravi Chauhan and Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocate Generals, for the respondents/State. While placing on record communication dated 02.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 17.10.2025 passed by Deputy Director Elementary Education, Hamirpur, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that in terms of the mandate contained in the order/judgment alleged to have been violated, prayer of the petitioner has been accepted and he has been held entitled for the pay scale of Rs. 5480-8925 as personal measure from the initial date of joining. Careful perusal of aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits flowing from aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months.
