This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 423 days in filing the above appeal. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 66 years and therefore he was not in a position to make arrangements to file the appeal within the time limit. The delay is neither wilful nor wanton. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen and it is an Original Side Appeal, this Court is inclined to consider the petition by imposing a costs of Rs.5,000/- payable to the State Legal Services Authority.
