The instant revisional application has been filed, inter alia, praying for withdrawal of Matrimonial suit no. 557 of 2021 pending before the Court of Learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Serampore and for transfer thereof to any Court under the Judgeship of Learned District Judge at Barrackpore. 2. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that in the event the suit is withdrawn and transferred to the Court at Barrackpore, his client has no objection. 3. Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and considering the inconvenience faced by the petitioner to attend the Court proceeding before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Serampore, which is approximately 30 Kms. from the place of residence of the petitioner situated at Arpan Apartment, Flat no. C/4, 4th Floor, 40, Dum Dum Road, Surermath, Police Station – Dum Dum, and also taking note of the 2 ailing health of her father, let the matrimonial suit being MAT suit no. 557 of 2021 be withdrawn from the Court of Learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Serampore, Hooghly and be transferred to the Court of the Learned District Judge, Barrackpore. 4. With the above observations and directions the revisional application being C.O. 2691 of 2024 along with the connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of 5.
