2. The present application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Shahpur P.S. Case No. 787 of 2023 related to these petitioners, “as they have been vexatiously made an accused in the instant case only to wreak vengeance against them” thus except oblique suspicion, no evidence is there to connect these petitioners with the prosecution case aforesaid and/or grant any other equitable relief/reliefs befitting in the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.828 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2
facts and circumstances of the instant case.
3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that his father was shot dead by the accused persons due to previous enmity. But from perusal of the written report of the informant, it is evident that the petitioners have been made accused in the present case only on the basis of suspicion as stated in paragraph 5 of the petition.
4. The Station House Officer and the present I.O. of the Shahpur Police Station are directed to conclude the investigation of the case within three months from the date of communication of this order.
5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX/email for its forthwith compliance.
