Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barhait P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025 arising out of POCSO Case No. 45 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 96 of the B.N.S., 2023 and charge-sheet has been submitted for the offences under Section 96 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Sahibganj. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have taken away the victim from her lawful guardianship with intention to marry her. On the same day, the victim was recovered along with the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that there is no allegation that the petitioner had subjected her to any sexual atrocity. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Sahibganj, in connection with Barhait P.S.
