Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Teacher at Government Primary School Ghirther, Education Block Rait, Tehsil Shahpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, where he was sent on promotion on 16.07.2025. The case set up by the petitioner is that he is suffering from 72% permanent disability and for this reason, he preferred a representation -2- on 17.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) seeking transfer to his preferred station in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy. Petitioner’s grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation dated 17.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
