By way of this application, a prayer has been made by the applicant for release of the amount, which was deposited by the applicant during the pendency of this petition. Learned counsel for the non- applicant/respondent submits that he has no objection in case the amount is released. The application is disposed of with the direction that the amount which was deposited by the applicant/petitioner be released in favour of the applicant with upto date interest.
