He submits that he has instructions to state that the impugned orders dated 18.12.2023 at Exh.A, 30.11.2023 at Exh. B, 14.12.2023 at Exh.C and two orders dated 26.11.2024 respectively at Exh. X and Y would be withdrawn. Consequently, a fresh hearing shall be given in the complaints dated 13.09.2023 and 22.09.2023 filed by the Petitioner before the Ombudsmen of RBI - Respondent No.3. The Respondent No.3 would notify the fresh dates for hearing this complaint by communicating the same to the Petitioner. It would also suffice if the notice of hearing is sent on the 18th July, 2025 WP 282 of 2025 e-mail ID of the Petitioner, which is as follows: sagarraikar.601@rediffmail.com senorsagar@rediffmail.com 3. Consequently, the orders dated 18.12.2023 at Exh.A, 30.11.2023 at Exh. B, 14.12.2023 at Exh.C and two orders dated 26.11.2024 respectively at Exh.X and Y, since they have been withdrawn would be of no consequence, and the prayers in the petition stand worked out. 4. The Petitioner submits that he would prefer a personal hearing in the matter. If this be so, when the Petitioner is notified of the dates for hearing the complaints, he is at liberty to seek personal hearing in the complaints filed before the Ombudsmen. 5.
