JUSTICE FARJAND ALI Order 14/01/2025 1. The present interim bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.163/2022, P.S. - Dangiyawas, Dist. - Jodhpur City East for the offence under Sections 8/15 of NDPS Act. 2. The instant application has been filed on the ground that petitioner's brother is getting married on 16.01.2025 and all customs are performed and arranged by the petitioner, therefore his presence is required as there is no other competent member in his family to arrange the marriage, therefore, for this purpose the temporary bail application be allowed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned P.P. present on behalf of the State. Perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the submissions and taking a humanitarian view of the matter, this Court is inclined to grant indulgence of temporary bail to the petitioner to enable him to do all the arrangements regarding the wedding. 6. Accordingly, the instnat interim bail application is allowed. The petitioner shall be released on bail for a period of 15 days from the date of his actual release provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- along with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of concerned trial court. The order shall be effective from the date of the petitioner's release. The concerned jail authority shall give the date of surrender to the petitioner. (FARJAND ALI),J 315-chhavi/-
