The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 792 of 2025 arising out of Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3514 of 2025, for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act, subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 103(2), 61(2) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act , pending in the court of learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-XII, Ranchi. 3. On 10.08.2025 at about 2.00 P.M., son of the Informant namely Md. Sahil @ Kurkure was shot dead by the named accused persons. 4. It was submitted that though petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but there is no specific allegation against him. It was further submitted that there is specific allegation again co-accused Arman Hamas, that he had shot the deceased. It was finally submitted that co-accused Md. Aslam and Md. Faizan Ahmad @ Lorha Faizan @ Faizan Ahmad have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid submissions. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-XII, Ranchi in connection with S.T. Case No. 792 of 2025 arising out of Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 corresponding to G.R.
