Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on an application moved by the plaintiff/ respondent No.1 under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of CPC, order of status-quo was passed vide order dated 20.6.2024. He would submit that a period of six months has already elapsed and no application has been moved by the Digitally signed by SMT NIRMALA RAO -2- plaintiff/ respondent No.1 for extension of interim order. He would submit that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 3. Heard counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents present on record. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the life of order of status-quo passed by the learned trial Court was six months which has already been elapsed, therefore, the petition has become infructuous.
