The writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 06.01.2025. 3. The appellant-petitioner thereafter moved a recall application. On this application an order directing notices to be issued on the respondents was passed on 07.03.2025, and in compliance thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has taken steps for service on the respondents in the case. 4. Under such circumstances, we are of the view that when the counsel for the appellant has already taken steps as per the order dated 07.03.2025, then no occasion arises to file the instant special appeal. 5.
