On 15.10.2024, 18.11.2024 and 27.12.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent on counter submitted that after due enquiry it was noticed that there are no encroachments as alleged by the petitioner in the writ petition in Sy.No.220 of Gundimeda Village of Tadepalli ^•1 Mandal and to the said effect, an endorsement dated 04.12.2023 was also sent to the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication and accordingly prayed to close the contempt. A perusal of the counter and the endorsement dated 04.12.2023 would indicate that there are no encroachments in Sy.No.220 as alleged by the petitioner and the contempt is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
