Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/ husband. 2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.880 of 2024, under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. From the arguments and pleadings of the parties, it appears that the parties are related by marriage which has taken place on 30.11.2020. The O.P/husband is a Software Engineer in Bangalore and the petitioner/wife is a non-earning person. 4. It further appears that there are further litigations between the parties i.e, criminal case as well as maintenance case. The maintenance case is pending before the Family Court, Palamau at Daltonganj where both parties have appeared and proceeding is already going on. An attempt has been taken for mediation, but the same has failed. The present proceeding is pending in Ranchi. 5. Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband has opposed the prayer. 6. Considering the above factual matrix and the fact that there is a pending proceeding before the Family Court, Palamau at Daltonganj, where both the parties have appeared, the Original Suit No.880 of 2024 is hereby transferred from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Palamau, Daltonganj. 7.
