He filed the said suit against the defendants for specific performance of the Agreement of sale dated 10.02.2022. The respondents contested the suit by filing written statements. Pending suit, the petitioner / plaintiff filed I.A.No.118/2022 in O.S.No.6/2022 under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC for grant of interim injunction restraining the defendants from alienating the suit schedule property. Though the said I.A. was filed in the year 2022, for one reason or the other, the same is being adjourned from time-to-time. As such, the petitioner sought for an innocuous relief seeking directions to the trial Court to take up I.A.No. 118/2022 in O.S.No.6/2022 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after hearing both sides, as expeditiously as possible. 2.
